Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

After the return or replacement window has expired, customers may still receive repair assistance under the applicable warranty coverage.
Warranty service does not automatically entitle the customer to a replacement or refund unless specifically approved by HM Robots.

HM Robots’ liability shall be limited to the purchase value of the affected product.

Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
