Orders are shipped through reputed logistics partners such as Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, Ecom Express and other trusted courier services.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, logistical constraints or unforeseen circumstances.

Currently, HM Robots primarily serves customers within India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team before placing an order.
International shipping charges, customs duties, taxes and delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country.
Delivery of Products
Orders are shipped from our warehouses and authorized fulfillment centers across India.
Deliveries are generally made between:

The recipient may be required to sign upon delivery.
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. HM Robots shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.
Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for investigation or resolution.
We recommend inspecting the package at the time of delivery and reporting any visible damage immediately.
Delivery Confirmation
If the shipment tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please inform us within 24 hours of the delivery update so that we can initiate an investigation with the courier partner.
Requests raised after 24 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
Orders cancelled before dispatch will be subject to a 2% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount to cover payment gateway and processing charges.
Refused Deliveries / Return to Origin (RTO)
If an order is refused, rejected or remains undeliverable and is returned to us, a ₹699 Return-to-Origin (RTO) and logistics charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are generally processed within 12–15 business days after cancellation approval and receipt of returned goods, where applicable.
